I began as a warehouse operative, and progressed to Floor Manager, thanks to manager support I transitioned into the Deputy Store Manager, it’s a place where you’re encouraged to develop and succeed.

What I enjoy most about working at B&M is the supportive and friendly atmosphere. Everyone works together as a team, and that sense of collaboration makes coming to work genuinely enjoyable.

Our job can be busy and stressful, but we have such a great team here – I smile & laugh every day.

I have worked throughout many different roles with B&M including the garden centre, the warehouse and now replenishment. I love the variety of doing something different each day – no day is the same in B&M!

B&M has given me fantastic opportunities of progression throughout my years in the company. I started off in my first store as a Pricer and have worked myself all the way up to Store Manager!

I have loved the progression from Picker to Qube Payroll Manager and I have had support all the way through from my colleagues and Managers. It’s a friendly workplace where everyone feels valued.

There is a great atmosphere in the warehouse & we’re always on the go! Everyone works together to get stock to our stores for customers!

Having a degree in horticulture and being a huge lover of plants the garden centre was the place for me – I love my role! B&M provides me with so much knowledge and I even just passed my FLT licence course within the company!
